 Welcome to the Total Commitment New Home Warranty section of our website; your link to Chaffey Homes' online customer service offering access to information and services for your individual home. From here you'll be able to do the following: One, make a new home service request online or access emergency contacts for repairs. Two, review many of the lot specific interior selections of your home. Three, review your own warranty manual. And four, periodically receive warranty tips that enhance the reliability of many of the features of your home. How do you get started? When you do your final walk-through, we will give you your user name and password. This is how you log on and enter this portion of the site. When you do, information about your very own home will appear. If you bought your home prior to November 1st, 2002, we will need to create a new profile for you to access this section.
